🟢 EUSKARA – Zerbitzu-baldintzak – GAKO

Azken eguneraketa: 2026ko ekainaren 22a

GAKO gehigarria erabiltzean, baldintza hauek onartzen dituzu. Mesedez, irakurri arretaz zerbitzua erabili aurretik.

1. Helburua eta Deskribapena

GAKO Google Sheets-erako gehigarri bat da, irakasleei errubrika bidezko etengabeko ebaluazioan laguntzeko diseinatua. Lan-fluxuak automatizatzen ditu, hala nola kalkulu-orriak egituratzea, mezu elektronikoak bidaltzea eta formularioak sortzea. Bereziki diseinatuta dago Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko Lanbide Heziketako ETHAZI metodologiara egokitzeko.

2. Erabilera-baimena eta Jabetza intelektuala

GAKO erabat doakoa da eta hezkuntza- edota pertsonal-helburuetarako baino ez dago baimendua. Erabiltzaileak gehigarria sortzeko erabilitako kodearen jabetza intelektuala errespetatzeko konpromisoa hartzen du. Debekatuta dago kodea baimenik gabe kopiatzea, aldatzea edo banatzea.

3. Datuen Erabilera eta Google Ekosistema

GAKOk zure Google kontuko baimen zehatzak (esparruak) erabiltzen ditu gidoiak (scriptak) exekutatzeko. GAKOk ez du daturik gordetzen erabiltzailearen Google kontutik kanpo. Informazio guztia zure jabetzako fitxategietan (Sheets eta Drive) gelditzen da. Gehigarria erabiltzean, Google-ren Zerbitzu-baldintzak ere errespetatu behar dituzu.

4. Erantzukizunaren Mugaketa

Gehigarri hau "dagoen-dagoenean" ("as is") eskaintzen da, inolako berme esplizitu edo inpliziturik gabe. Garatzailea ez da arduratzen gehigarriaren balizko akatsek eragindako datu-galerez, kalkulu-orrien deskonfigurazioez edo bidalitako mezu elektronikoen ondorioez. Erabiltzailearen ardura da bere datuen segurtasun-kopiak egitea.

5. Aldaketak eta Baliogabetzea

Garatzaileak zerbitzu-baldintza hauek edozein unetan aldatzeko eskubidea gordetzen du, aurrez jakinarazi gabe. Erabiltzaileak baldintza hauen erabilera ukatu dezake gehigarria bere Google kontutik desinstalatuz.

Al utilizar el complemento GAKO, aceptas las siguientes condiciones. Por favor, léelas atentamente antes de utilizar el servicio.

1. Finalidad y Descripción

GAKO es un complemento para Google Sheets diseñado para ayudar a docentes en la evaluación continua mediante el uso de rúbricas. Automatiza tareas como la estructuración de hojas de cálculo, el envío de correos electrónicos y la generación de formularios. Está especialmente orientado a adaptarse a la metodología ETHAZI en la Formación Profesional de la CAPV.

2. Permiso de uso y Propiedad Intelectual

GAKO es de uso completamente gratuito y está autorizado únicamente para fines educativos y personales. El usuario se compromete a respetar la propiedad intelectual del código y las herramientas que componen el complemento. Queda prohibida la reproducción, modificación o distribución no autorizada del software.

3. Uso de Datos y Ecosistema de Google

GAKO requiere permisos específicos de tu cuenta de Google para ejecutar sus funciones. No almacenamos ningún tipo de datos fuera de la cuenta de Google del usuario. Toda la información permanece en tus propios archivos de Google Sheets y Drive. Al usar este complemento, también te comprometes a cumplir con las Condiciones de Servicio de Google.

4. Limitación de Responsabilidad

El complemento se proporciona "tal cual" ("as is"), sin garantías de ningún tipo, explícitas o implícitas. El desarrollador no se hace responsable de posibles pérdidas de datos, errores en las hojas de cálculo o fallos en el envío de correos electrónicos derivados del uso del script. Es responsabilidad del usuario mantener copias de seguridad de su información.

5. Modificaciones y Rescisión

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estas condiciones en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso. Si no estás de acuerdo con los términos modificados, puedes dejar de utilizar el servicio desinstalando el complemento desde el panel de gestión de aplicaciones de tu cuenta de Google.

By installing and using the GAKO add-on, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the application.

1. Purpose and Description

GAKO is a Google Sheets add-on developed to support teachers during the continuous assessment process using rubrics. It automates specific tasks such as spreadsheet layout configuration, automated email generation, and Google Forms creation. It is specifically tailored to align with the ETHAZI educational methodology in Vocational Training within the Basque Country.

2. License to Use and Intellectual Property

GAKO is completely free to use and is authorized strictly for personal and educational purposes. All rights, titles, and intellectual property inside the add-on remain the exclusive property of the developer. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing the software's source code without explicit consent.

3. Data Usage and Google Ecosystem Compliance

GAKO requests specific OAuth scopes to execute scripts on your behalf. We do not store or host any user data outside your own Google Account. All processed information stays securely inside your personal Google Sheets and Google Drive environment. Users must also comply with Google’s overall Terms of Service while using this add-on.

4. Limitation of Liability

The add-on is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer shall not be held liable for any data loss, spreadsheet misconfiguration, formatting errors, or email delivery issues caused by the execution of the script. It is the user's sole responsibility to maintain proper backups of their data.

5. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of GAKO after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by simply uninstalling the add-on from your Google Account.
